How-To Use the Triseum™ Student Portal for ARTé: Mecenas™

Thank you for your interest in game-based
learning experiences by Triseum! This video will teach you the features included
in the Triseum Portal for students using ARTe: Mecenas. First, log into portal.triseum.com. Use the same email and password you used to
Register your Triseum Account. In addition to downloading the desktop version
of the game, playing the web version of the game, and contacting support, the portal can
be used to view analytics data from the game. From the home page of the portal, you can
view the classrooms where you are a participant. Students will only be able to view classrooms
where they are a participant and will only be able to view analytics data for themselves. Click on a classroom link to enter that classroom’s
dashboard. This is the classroom dashboard. Here you can see information about the classroom
such as the course name and signup ID. You can also see the name and contact information
of the instructors for this classroom. Below you can see your analytics data, divided
into three sections: Student Information gives you basic information
about your account and activity in the game. Fields include your first name, last name,
username, email address, the total amount of time you’ve played the game, the number
of gameplay sessions, the last level of the game you played, as well as the date and time
of your first and most recent log-in. The student scores table shows your high scores
across each level. These include your highest power, reputation,
soul, and wealth in each level and the total amount of time you’ve played in each level. Power is calculated based on your soul, reputation,
relationships, material wealth, and achievements in the game. A higher power demonstrates your ability to
balance and capitalize on interconnected networks within the game. Clicking a column header allows you to sort
the table to quickly see patterns in your scores. In Student Computer Information you can see
your operating system and the version of the game that you are using. This information can come in handy when communicating to your instructor or
with customer support. If you have any questions, you can click on
the support link at the bottom of the page. Triseum offers 24×7 support if you need any
assistance. Thank you for watching!
