I'm grateful to have developed a morning routine of yoga, meditation, reading and lifting weights. I love the point you made about physical vs non physical. My morning routine allows energy to flow freely throughout my body. A great morning leads to a great day!
DNA is the antenna or bridge that connects us to higher frequency dimensions. The body is the end goal for the soul for a brief period, not the totality of our existence. You animate your body with your spirit. You are not your body, any more than you are your car whilst the driver.
You definitely nailed it I started out with a good career and boxing kickboxing weight lifting running. But I allowed ease of Life alcohol and drugs to take it all the from me.
Great advice Brian! I'm a fan and follower of your work. I want to take your course in the near future. I am challenging myself in every single way, doing everything to get back on my feet; after losing my mum with brain tumour and dealing with divorce from a life time relationship (28 years long) I was left in scattered pieces. I am a fighter, even though heart broken I don't give up. I want to become a Motivational Speaker, I want to share my story and inspire people through speaking and writing. I am hopeful and I believe in myself – I just need the confidence to get on stage. I know I can do it. Thank you for being an inspiration! Wish you more and more success! πππ
My body is what I neglect the most, especially with activity. I have the information but struggle with will/energy move it. Have been eating really well the last couple weeks but feel like Iβm not absorbing the nutrients and continuous fatigue. Still searching and trying..
Totally awesome!!!! What you're saying is against the political correctness fad we are living through = " it's good to be fit but it's also OK to be unfit" – and it's totally cool. Baller move, dude ππππππ€€β€ππ
Think about the form of the brain and the quall, which bring's light, into a deeper dark oceanroom! Thats the same as the impulses and running synapses in the holy body! But If their are parasites and worms, through vaccines and all that magical stuff inside of food water and air, hmm…. Then you have to work harder and harder, but not only for yourself and the beloved ones! Think about cleansing!
