    I'm grateful to have developed a morning routine of yoga, meditation, reading and lifting weights. I love the point you made about physical vs non physical. My morning routine allows energy to flow freely throughout my body. A great morning leads to a great day!

  7. Great advice Brian! I'm a fan and follower of your work. I want to take your course in the near future. I am challenging myself in every single way, doing everything to get back on my feet; after losing my mum with brain tumour and dealing with divorce from a life time relationship (28 years long) I was left in scattered pieces. I am a fighter, even though heart broken I don't give up. I want to become a Motivational Speaker, I want to share my story and inspire people through speaking and writing. I am hopeful and I believe in myself – I just need the confidence to get on stage. I know I can do it.

  9. My body is what I neglect the most, especially with activity. I have the information but struggle with will/energy move it. Have been eating really well the last couple weeks but feel like I’m not absorbing the nutrients and continuous fatigue. Still searching and trying..

  12. Think about the form of the brain and the quall, which bring's light, into a deeper dark oceanroom! Thats the same as the impulses and running synapses in the holy body! But If their are parasites and worms, through vaccines and all that magical stuff inside of food water and air, hmm…. Then you have to work harder and harder, but not only for yourself and the beloved ones!
    Think about cleansing!
